Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Completed Reports

Once a vehicle check has been successfully delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes cases where the information may not meet the user’s expectations, or if the wrong vehicle registration number was entered.

2. Refunds for Technical Errors

Refunds are only available in the event of a technical fault, such as:

  • A paid report fails to generate
  • A technical issue with credit usage or bundle redemptions

Our system includes built-in mechanisms to automatically issue refunds for technical failures. If this does not occur, a manual refund may be issued upon request.

3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Entering an incorrect vehicle registration number
  • Receiving a report with incomplete or missing data
  • Duplicate purchases of the same report
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Disagreement with the contents of the report

4. How to Request a Refund

If a refund is not issued automatically and you believe you are eligible under this policy, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@whatsthereg.com. Be sure to include your transaction reference, the registration number checked, and a brief description of the issue.
